These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of cuttersmb.comand to requests for services from Cutters Lawn Care ("Cutters," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Cutters provides lawn-care and exterior-cleaning services in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding Grand Strand, including mowing and lawn maintenance, yard cleanups, and pressure and soft washing.

Quotes and booking

Requesting a consultation through our website or by messaging us starts a conversation; it does not create a binding agreement. Any price we discuss before seeing the property is an estimate. We provide a firm quote after assessing the work, and services are confirmed only when we schedule them with you. Our booking form is hosted by Jobber, our scheduling provider.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate contact and property information.
• Provide safe access to the areas where work will be performed.
• Let us know about anything on the property that could affect the work, such as pets, irrigation lines, or fragile features.

Payment

Pricing, deposits, and payment terms for a specific job are set out in the quote or agreement we provide for that job. Payment is due as described there.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Weather and scheduling can shift outdoor work. If we need to reschedule, we'll let you know as soon as we can. If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please contact us ahead of time so we can adjust the schedule.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. The content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Cutters or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Disclaimers

We take pride in our work and stand behind it. Any warranty for a specific job is limited to what we state in that job's agreement.
