We're hiring a crew member.
Cutters is a small exterior crew working Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. Mowing, pressure washing, pavers, beds and irrigation. If you do good work and show up when you say you will, we want to talk.

Straight up about the work.
Early starts. Outside all day, in Carolina heat, most of the year. It is physical, and a yard is either finished clean or it is not finished, so the last ten minutes of a job matter as much as the first hour. If that is not your kind of work, no hard feelings, and better to know now than three weeks in.
Beds, mulch and rock
Weeding, re-edging, and refreshing beds so the front of a property never gets to the point where it needs rescuing.
Pressure washing
Houses, driveways, and patios. Soft-washing siding at low pressure, and knowing the difference between clean and stripped.
Pavers and fencing
Patios, walkways and fence work. Heavier days than a mow route, and the days you can point at afterward.
Irrigation
Running zones, adjusting heads, and fixing the ones the mower clipped. Repairs more often than installs.

Paid honestly for the hours you work, every week, no games about it.

Not a rotating roster from a national app. You learn the properties and the customers learn you.

Carl owns the company and is out on jobs. No regional office and nobody between you and the person deciding.
What we're looking for.
You show up
First on the list and not a throwaway line. It is the thing most people fall down on, and it is most of what makes somebody worth keeping.
Outdoor or trade work behind you
Landscaping, construction, maintenance, roofing, warehouse. Anywhere you worked with your hands and the day did not end at a desk.
You can run the equipment, or learn it fast
Mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools. If you have run them, say so. If you have not but you have done real outdoor work, we will teach the equipment.
You care how it looks when you leave
We get hired again because the edges are sharp and the driveway is clean. That only happens if the person doing it cares about it.
