Irrigation that keeps the lawn green.

Sandy soil drains fast and a Carolina August is merciless. A system that covers the whole yard evenly is the difference between a lawn that holds and one you re-sod.

Water where it actually lands.

New systems, additions to what you already have, and the repairs that stop you watering the driveway.

New Installs

Full systems laid out zone by zone so coverage overlaps properly. Even watering beats more watering every time.

Zone Additions

New beds, new sod, or a stretch the system never reached. We tie it into what is already there rather than starting over.

Head & Line Repairs

Broken heads, cracked lines, and the sunken sprinkler the mower found. Usually a quick fix once we locate it.

Tune-Ups

Heads adjusted, timers set for the season, and coverage checked so you are not paying to water the sidewalk.

How we sort out your water.

01

We run the zones

We turn the system on and watch it work. Most problems show themselves in one pass: dry corners, misaimed heads, a zone that never comes up.

02

We fix or lay

Repairs get done on the spot where we can. New lines and zones get trenched, laid, and tied in with the sod put back over the top.

03

We set the clock

Timer programmed for the season and the soil, then we walk it with you so you know how to change it when August turns into October.

Good to know.

My system runs but there are dry patches. Why?
Usually coverage rather than water. Heads drift out of alignment, get blocked by growth, or were never spaced to overlap. Running it longer will not fix a spot the water does not reach.
Can you add to my existing system?
Yes, as long as the supply can carry it. We check pressure and flow before adding a zone so we do not weaken the ones you already have.
How often should I water?
Deep and less often beats a little every day. It drives roots down, which is what gets a Grand Strand lawn through August. We set the timer to match your soil.
Do I need to winterize here?
Full blowouts are less critical this far south than up north, but a hard freeze still splits exposed backflow and lines. We can check the vulnerable parts before winter.
The mower hit a head. Is that a big job?
No. A broken head is usually a quick swap. Tell us when we are next out for the yard and we will handle it in the same visit.
