Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Regular service runs without a contract. Stay as long as it is working for you, and tell us when you want to pause or stop.
How often will you come?
Weekly through the growing season is standard on the Grand Strand. When growth slows in the cooler months we drop to bi-weekly so you are not paying for a cut the lawn did not need.
What if it rains on my day?
We shift you to the next dry day that week rather than skipping. Wet grass cuts badly and rutting a soft yard is worse than waiting a day.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the yard, we can work. If a gate is locked, let us know how you want us to handle it.
Do you bag the clippings?
Usually we mulch them back in, which feeds the lawn. If the growth is heavy or you would rather have them off the yard, tell us and we will bag.
